Total War: Arena gameplay to premiere on May 23

Sega and Creative Assembly are teaming up with ESL to livestream Total War: Arena gameplay on May 23. Arena is the Total War studio's first attempt at taking a game built using their series' signature features, and injecting them into the free-to-play multiplayer space. The matches will be 10v10 and the game will feature unlocking tech trees not dissimilar to the ones we've encountered in games like World of Tanks. The Twitch broadcast is due to start on May 23 at 4pm BST / 5pm CEST, it's set to run for four hours, and eSports commentator Leigh "Deman" Smith will provide commentary.
