Wolfenstein is a fairly linear franchise, and once you've experienced the story once, aside from missed collectibles, there's little reason to replay any levels. That will all change with Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus though, as they're adding in a new feature called 'Districts'.
In an exclusive interview with Gamereactor that will go live tomorrow, lead narrative writer Tommy Tordsson Björk explained that districts allow players to have new experiences when playing levels again.
"...you can go back to areas you've been to before which have been altered. They can be in a different time of day for instance, or the environment can change but you're going back to the area, you can pick up collectibles you missed the first time for instance, there's new enemies there, stuff like that. There's definitely a lot of replayability there after you've finished the game."
