It's been a few days since Ubisoft released the trial version of Ghost Recon: Wildlands, and now they're doing the same for the other very popular game they launched this spring, melee combat brawler For Honor.

Ubisoft has announced that we'll get to try For Honor for free this weekend, and PlayStation 4 and Xbox One players can start to play at 8:00 BST / 9:00 CEST this Friday, while PC players will have to wait till 18:00 BST / 19:00 CEST. It's nice to know that PS4 and Uplay users can pre-load the trial on August 8, as this trial includes the entire game, so this means that you'll get access to the entire story mode and every part of the multiplayer.

This is obviously Ubisoft's way of giving the game some extra attention before the third season starts next week, so it'll be interesting to see how well it works. The game will also be discounted during the trial, which we hope will lead to some extra sales for the great fighting game.

The trial will end at 01:00 BST / 02:00 CEST August 15, while PC players will have to sheath their weapons at 21:00 BST / 22:00 CEST August 13. Do you think this free trial period will get lots of people on board?
