Mortal Kombat is celebrating its 25th birthday on October 8, and to commemorate the occasion Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC have announced that the God of Thunder, Raiden, will be coming to Netherrealm's Injustice 2.
Players who have invested in Injustice 2's Ultimate Edition, the Ultimate Pack, or Fighter Pack 2 can play as Raiden starting today, or as Black Lightning, a brand new Premiere Skin accompanying the Raiden expansion.
All other players can purchase this Raiden DLC from October 6, though, and if you want to get a sneak peek of what's in store, watch the trailer down below. Is Raiden a good addition to the lineup?
