Football Manager 2018's Dynamics feature detailed in trailer

Sports Interactive is releasing a series of videos detailing Football Manager 2018's major new features, and the first one is dedicated to the Dynamics system. In short, this system governs player relationships - between each other, the staff, and the manager - and this will have a different impact depending on how well you manage each area.

A poor dressing room can have a massive impact on the team performance, and it will include "groups" divided by players' nationalities or influences. Something like the recent Neymar vs Cavani episode, at Paris Saint Germain, could result in some serious problems for touchline tacticians in Football Manager 2018.
