And Bungie doesn't seem to know what to do against it.

Destiny 2's Prestige Raid released yesterday evening and it took the Redeem Clan only an hour to complete the biggest challenge Bungie's shooter has yet to offer. The developer announced the winner on Twitter shortly after the raid ended, but didn't notice at the time that the Clan had used an exploit to receive the rare power ammunition which is needed for, you know, firing the biggest bullets at the raid's boss.

Now people are discussing whether or not the Clan actually deserve the record for completing this challenge first. Bungie's Community Manager Cozmo noticed the criticism and replied on Reddit, saying the following:

"We have seen the reports that an ammo exploit was used today in the Prestige Raid," the Community Manager wrote. "This was not the specific exploit we were checking for and we don't currently have the ability to detect it. Tomorrow we will release the top 3 finishers in the [This Week at Bungie community forum]. You can make your own decision as to who should be celebrated."

Bungie only recently delayed the Prestige Raid because they feared players would take advantage of game-breaking techniques to complete raids in record time. Do you think another team should be granted the victory in this instance?
