Rainbow Six: Siege has just received Operation White Noise, introducing three new Operators and a new map, but it seems that for many players it has also introduced FPS drops into the game as well, something Ubisoft has recognised and addressed on Reddit.

"We have received many reports about FPS drops after the deployment of Operation White Noise. After requesting PC specs and additional information to affected players, the team has been constantly working to find the root of the issue but we still need more cases and info to be able to reproduce this problem consistently," the post reads.

They're now asking players that are using desktop PCs to let them know their version of Windows, if Fullscreen Optimisation is on or off when using Windows 10, whether V-sync is enabled, CPU, and GPU, all of which you can submit here.

Have you encountered frame-rate drops?
