Pokémon Go's last event of the year is now live, bringing ice and water type Pokémon with it, but if you want to get in on the fun you'd best be quick, as it only runs until December 25.
Niantic has been adding creatures from Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire, which are considered to be the third generation of Pokémon games originally made for the Nintendo Game Boy Advance, and this trend started with the Halloween event. Now we're getting even more though, as an image released by Niantic suggests that at least Sharpedo, Snorunt, Feebas, Wailmer, Relicanth, and Milotic will all appear in the event alongside legendary Pokémon Kyogre.
During each day of this event you will get an Egg Incubator for single-use when you spin your first PokéStop. There are also special item boxes available in the in-game store, and these deals include Super Incubators, Lure Modules, and Star Pieces, which are a new item that increases Stardust gains for 30 minutes.
Would you be more interested in the event if we told you that you can catch Pikachus with santa hats?
Thanks, Android Authority.
