Breath of the Wild and Horizon lead GDCA nominations

The nominations for the 18th Game Developers Choice Awards are in and predictably it is The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Horizon: Zero Dawn that leads the pack with six nominations each, including the most coveted category Game of the Year. The other nominees in the main category are PUBG, Nier Automata, and Super Mario Odyssey.

What makes the Game Developers Choice Awards, special is that much like the Academy Awards for movies these awards are selected by a jury of actual industry professionals.
